Delivery Terms and costs



When placing the order the customer can select between home delivery or pick-up at Avarte Group pick-up point in Varisto, Martinkyläntie 47, Vantaa. If the customer selects home delivery or pick-up at our warehouse, he/she will be informed by text message when the shipped product is available for pick-up.


If the customer selects home delivery, the carrier will contact the customer by phone to inform the customer about the exact time of delivery. The delivery truck must have unhindered access to the vicinity of the building in order to deliver the goods to the address. The carrier offers as an extra service for the customer the possibility to deliver the old ones to the recycling center. This service costs 43 euros and is offered to the customers in the capital city area only.


Delivery costs:

Pick up from Warehouse: 0 €

Domestic Delivery: 69 €

International Delivery (inside EU): 99 €


Ordered goods are shipped on working days. Goods shipped form the warehouse normally ship to the customer within 5-7 working days but during the Christmas period the shipping might be up to two weeks.


The customer must provide a correct delivery address. If the address provided by the customer cannot be verified, reserves the right to cancel the order.


The shipping costs are determined based on the shipping method, the possible additional services and the weight and size of the shipment. You are able to view the shipping costs at the checkout of the online shop before you confirm your order.


If the goods are damaged or go missing in shipping, the customer must notify the online shop without delay, but within 14 days at the very latest from the order. The carrier responsible for delivery must be notified of goods damaged in shipping. 


Avarte Group Oy cannot be held accountable in the event the shipment is delayed due to unexpected circumstances independent of the merchant, such as war, natural disasters or embargos imposed by the authorities. Deviations from shipment schedules are posted on the homepage of the online shop.
